Chad Powell

Chad Powell is a second generation homebuilder. He began building houses in 1975 and has more than thirty years of experience in various aspects of the real estate and construction industry, including specific emphasis on banking, finance and real estate brokerage. Chad is involved from the beginning to the end of each project. He actively collaborates with the plan designer and client during the architectural development of the home and then oversees every detail of construction until the final item is complete. Chad has an incredible eye for detail and works meticulously to insure that each home is built to our exacting standards.

Andy Hartnett

Prior to joining Chad Powell Homes in 2002, Andrew Hartnett was a systems engineer working in the high tech industry. His background is in automation and telecommunications. He worked both in the private sector and in governmental contracting, while holding a top secret security clearance. Wanting a new challenge and ready to get back to his San Antonio roots, he joined Chad Powell Homes as Vice President of Operations and has since earned the Certified Graduate Builder(CGB), Graduate Master Builder(GMB) and Certified Green Professional(CGP) designations from the National Association of Home Builders. Andrew is currently working on the Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) designation.

Tiffany Hartnett

Tiffany Powell Hartnett is Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Tiffany, a licensed Realtor, is the first point of contact for inquiries about beginning the custom homebuilding process. She works closely with the client through site selection, architectural design, bid, and contract process. Tiffany grew up in the homebuilding business and has an extensive background in interior design, architectural design, real estate and project management.
